  • Backyard Putting Greens

    Custom-contoured greens with real ball roll. Partnered with Back Nine Greens for the high-end stuff.

    Two-tone short-pile greens shaped to whatever break and undulation you want. We cut cup holes, set the fringe collar, and fine-tune ball speed with infill depth. Through our partnership with Back Nine Greens we can spec a tour-grade surface that holds chip shots — or a chip-and-putt setup for the kids. Year-round practice, no mowing, no rolling.

  • Front-Yard Lawn Conversion

    Tear out the dead Bermuda, save 80% on the water bill, never mow again. The classic Phoenix project.

    Demolition of the existing natural lawn, soil grading, weed barrier, 3 to 4 inches of decomposed-granite base compacted in lifts, then turf installed seam-tight with a 6-inch nail pattern. Most front-yard conversions finish in two days. The HOA will not be able to tell — and your water bill will drop the next billing cycle.

  • Drainage & Base Prep

    The boring layer under the turf — and the one that decides whether your yard still looks good in year 10.

    Sub-surface drainage, perforated pipe runs in low spots, weed-barrier fabric, and 3 to 4 inches of class-II base compacted at 95% Proctor. We document base depth and compaction on every project. Bad base is why neighbor-yard turf goes wavy after monsoon — ours does not.

  • Turf Maintenance & Refresh

    Power-brush, infill top-up, seam repair. The five-year tune-up that resets the pile.

    Rotary power-brush to lift matted blades, fresh infill to restore drainage and bounce, seam re-glue where the edges have lifted, and a deep rinse. Most yards need this every 4 to 6 years to look brand-new again. We service turf we did not install too.
